Maa Chandraghanta is believed to bestow peace, prosperity, and courage upon her devotees. Her name is derived from "Chandra" which means moon, and "Ghanta" which means bell, symbolizing the sound of the bell she is said to carry in her hand. It is said that her bell brings peace and harmony to those who worship her with devotion.
On Navratri Day 3, devotees perform special rituals and offer prayers to Maa Chandraghanta. They decorate her idol with flowers, incense, and sweets, and recite mantras in her praise. The day is filled with joy and enthusiasm as devotees seek the blessings of Maa Chandraghanta for strength and protection.
